Three things to know before comparing specs.
Model = Force, NOT Capacity
Same barrel → same weight per batch. 390 mm: ≤ 100 kg/batch (HN300–HN500 all same). 300 mm small barrel: ≤ 60 kg/batch.
Pick by Seed Hardness
Soft 300–400T; Medium 400–500T; Hard 600–630T. Bigger model only presses harder seeds more cleanly.
More Batches → Double-Barrel
One presses while you load/unload the other. Removes idle time between batches — +30–50% more daily batches.

What buyers ask before ordering.
How do I choose the right model?
Pick by seed type or scenario above. Every standard model presses most oil seeds — the difference is pressing force (harder seeds need larger tonnage) and barrel config (single for startup, double for commercial). For sesame use the Sesame Special, for coconut milk use the 300 Type Coconut.
Does a higher model number mean more kg per batch?
No. Every standard model holds the same 100 kg per batch (390 mm barrel). Higher model number = more pressing force for harder seeds. To press more batches per shift, add a double barrel — not a bigger model number.
Single or double barrel?
Startup / testing market → single barrel (lower cost, compact). Commercial / continuous operation → double barrel (one presses, other loads, eliminates idle time between batches). Double barrel doesn't press 2 batches at once — it shares one hydraulic system between two barrels.
What's the difference between cold press and hot press?
Cold press (HN426+) extracts oil without heating seeds — preserves nutrients, flavor, color for premium-grade oil. Hot press roasts seeds first for faster yield at standard prices. Cold press can also do hot press; hot press cannot do cold press.
Can I upgrade from single to double barrel later?
Yes. The hydraulic system is the same — you can start with a single barrel HN325 and add a second barrel later when your order volume grows. This is why many startups begin with HN300 or HN325 single barrel and upgrade to double barrel within 6-12 months.
